在“帮帮”的菜单栏中，用户可以设置信息的更新频率，即设定每隔多少时间“帮帮”向您提供一次最新的新闻，如果您对资讯的掌握比较迫切，不防设为“即时”，这样，一有新的新闻您就可以第一时间获知。菜单栏中的“看新信息”，也是您立即获取最新资讯的一个方式。
假使您浏览过某一条新闻，过后想再次查阅，却发现已经被后续新闻所覆盖，该怎么办呢？不用担心，在菜单的“历史记录”中，可以找到您所有浏览过的新闻。
抢火车票
菜单栏中最有意思的一项新功能“抢火车票”，相信对许多朋友都非常有用，尤其是在春运或者“五一”、“十一”黄金周火车票行情比较紧的时候。只需要输入起始站、终点站和日期，（如图05）“帮帮”便会立刻检索到相关车票在网上的出售信息，让您足不出户还能比别人优先得到火车票出让信息，图06。
